Lemon Water First Thing

Warm lemon water first thing after you wake up is supposed to be good for things like digestion, skin, flushing out toxins etc.

This week I’ve been doing warm lemon water first thing. 

Mostly to help give my system a gentle boost in the morning. My digestive system was feeling a bit sluggish. 

 If lemon is too much for you, drinking warm water on its own can help too. Any water, a whole cup first thing in the morning, is good – although it can take some getting used to.
