Futon warrior –
Pearly iPhone, shades, pink comb –
Book, novels, numbers.
This is how I write,
Cradling myself, stretching out,
Pillows, lying, seated, standing
Making space for flow –
Reaching in my heart,
Counseling my mind,
Hold up, the body says,
My shoulders reach and touch
My ears,
Rib cage squeezing –
What did I say just now.
How to monetize these things- cuz livelihood, but heart strings
Just do the work that pays
Some say –
I walk away.
Not after this new life.
