Meditate Like A Boss! Monday 8 Minute Meditation Miko Style with Fantasy Music

I’m known in small circles for my varied approach to meditation. The idea is to be present with a flow of thought and emotion – AND to make it easy for myself to find this place of flow.

My vision is to create meditation circles online starting with sharing some of my favorites online – I invite you to join me in raising the energetic vibration of our world. Lofty goal maybe, but as Steve Jobs said in that famous Think Different ad, the ones who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do.Β 

So, this is the second step on a crazy (in the best way!) journey – the first step was to share on Facebook with my friends, along with some Oracle card readings which I hope to bring here next. I’m excited – I hope you are too. (The third step will be to share it on myΒ YouTube Channel :D.)

What to do with yourself while you listen? Develop your own style of course, but here is a Miko style seated or laying down meditation if you want to play with these ideas and make them your own:

πŸ’™ Get comfy, spine long so peaceful communications easily run up and down its length

πŸ’™ Smile on your heart with your mind (let it smile back)

πŸ’™ Listen to the sound of your own breath and relax into its rhythm – that is the rhythm of your life my friend.

πŸ’™ Meditate (focus) on the passing of thoughts across your mind’s eye, and the blessing of breath, send that feeling out to everyone you know and love.

πŸ’™ Everything flows, the good, bad, ugly, beautiful – you are the observer and the source of blessing, a conduit through which life expresses original creation.

πŸ’™ Savor your sense of being! Sit still while the dogs of busyness tug at the leash of your attention. Remember, you are the leader of the pack of your attention. 🐺
