It was a lovely surprise to receive a myofascial release treatment this last weekend. The setting was the high desert of Sedona, Arizona. After the magic performed on me on the massage table, I soaked in a hot tub in nature, and felt so dang grateful! Later that night I had a major urge to rest, and I kept resting as old feelings surfaced for release, and new feelings surfaced, also for release. So much letting go.
I’m sure I’ll write more about it later, but let’s just say deep things moved. Meanwhile, here are a few pictures to enjoy!
