The Department of How Things Have to Be has called an emergency meeting to discuss a door.
The door was not included in the approved wall.
“Who authorized this?” asked the Custodian.
“Someone went through,” said Temporary.
“That is not authorization.”
“It does establish that it opens.”
The minutes record a lengthy discussion of whether an opening constitutes a failure of the wall or an improvement in access. The wall was invited to comment. It offered a view.
Meanwhile, someone carried a chair through. Someone else brought soup. By the time the committee arrived to assess the disturbance, there was nowhere to sit because everyone had been invited.
The committee has requested a larger room.
Temporary has suggested a door.
From Mikoopolis: a fictional municipal dispatch. Further irregularities expected.
