What if a health was more fun, for everyone? What if health and wellness were the norm? What would we do then with all that goodness on this planet we call home?
We are not taught to see ourselves as we truly are. We are taught to be as our world wants us to be. We get to change that with heart focus. Kindness and compassion are cool, but it’s the love they come from that is the life force we need.Â
